🚨 STEHOAI SECURITY ALERT 🚨

To All Homeowners, Residents, and Visitors:

The Santorini Estates Homeowners' Association (STEHOAI) wishes to inform the community that a reported theft incident recently occurred within the subdivision.

We strongly encourage all residents to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions to safeguard their homes, vehicles, personal belongings, and properties.

🔒 Safety Reminders:
• Always lock doors, gates, and windows when leaving your home.
• Secure motorcycles, bicycles, and vehicles at all times.
• Do not leave valuable items unattended in common areas.
• Verify the identity of unknown individuals before granting access.
• Immediately report any suspicious persons, activities, or incidents to the Security Personnel or the STEHOAI Office.

📹 Residents with CCTV footage, dashcam recordings, or any information that may assist in the ongoing investigation are encouraged to coordinate with the STEHOAI Office.

The Association is closely coordinating with the concerned authorities and security personnel to ensure the safety and security of our community.

📢 STEHOAI ADVISORY

To all Homeowners, Residents, and Pool Users:

Please be informed that effective June 1, 2026, the swimming pool shall revert to its regular operating schedule.

🏊 SWIMMING POOL CLOSED EVERY MONDAY
The swimming pool shall be closed every Monday for maintenance, cleaning, water treatment, and facility upkeep.

📅 ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
To ensure proper scheduling and preparation of the facility:

✅ Regular Pool Use – Reservation must be made at least two (2) days in advance.

✅ Exclusive Pool Rental / Private Events – Reservation must be made at least one (1) week before the intended date of use.

🏢 NO OFFICE TRANSACTIONS EVERY MONDAY
The STEHOAI Office shall not accept transactions every Monday. This day shall be reserved for administrative work, records management, report preparation, and internal office operations.

We encourage all residents to plan their activities accordingly and coordinate with the STEHOAI Office for reservations and inquiries.

📅 To: May 29, 2026 — 5:00 AM

For everyone’s safety and security, we encourage all homeowners to:

🔒 Secure all doors, gates, and windows before sleeping
💡 Prepare flashlights, emergency lights, and backup power sources
🔌 Unplug sensitive appliances to avoid damage from power surges
👀 Stay alert and immediately report any suspicious activity to the village security personnel

Due to the scheduled MERALCO power interruption from May 28, 2026 (11:00 PM) to May 29, 2026 (5:00 AM), the STEHOAI Management will temporarily allow an OVERNIGHT POOL SCHEDULE for the convenience and enjoyment of our residents and guests.

🕙 OVERNIGHT POOL SCHEDULE
May 28, 2026 – 10:00 PM
until
May 29, 2026 – 6:00 AM

🎟 ENTRANCE FEES:
🏠 Homeowners – Php 100.00
👥 Visitors – Php 150.00

The additional fee shall help compensate the night differential of the assigned pool attendee and staff on duty.

✅ FREE USAGE of cottages, tables, and chairs
(First Come, First Serve Basis)

🚫 STRICTLY NO DRINKING OF ALCOHOL

We encourage everyone to maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper decorum within the pool premises at all times.
