Sometimes we worry too much about the future,
the things we can’t control,
the situations we don’t have answers for,
the “what if’s” that steal our peace.

But God reminds us today:
Tomorrow is not yours to carry; leave it in His hands.
He already knows what’s ahead.
He already prepared the strength and grace you will need.

So today…
I choose to breathe.
I choose to rest.
I choose to trust that God is moving even in what I cannot see.
Today, I choose peace.

We often assume that when someone is struggling mentally, feeling anxious, or depressed, it means they lack faith or that they aren’t “spiritual enough.” But the Bible tells a very different story. It reveals that even the strongest servants of God faced deep emotional pain.

David, the man after God’s own heart, poured out his tears before the Lord.
Elijah, a mighty prophet, once begged God to take his life.
Job wrestled with grief, loss, and questions he couldn’t comprehend.
And even Jesus Himself expressed sorrow to the point of death.

Their stories show us a powerful truth:
Mental battles are not signs of weak faith — they are moments where faith becomes real.

God did not reject them for their struggles. He met them in their lowest places, cared for their weary hearts, and reminded them that His grace is still greater than their pain.

So if you’re fighting a battle in your mind today, remember this:
You can love God deeply and still struggle emotionally.
Your feelings do not disqualify your faith — they invite God’s comfort, strength, and healing into your life.

You are seen. You are loved. And you are never alone. 💙💙💙

Today, we lift up our pastors that God would strengthen their hearts, renew their joy, and refresh their spirit. The work may be heavy, but the reward is eternal.
