Every day, animals at the shelter wait for care, for patience, and for someone to be there for them.

Some are recovering from abuse or neglect, some are learning to trust again, and others are simply waiting for someone to make them feel loved.

As a volunteer, even the smallest acts can mean everything. The time and care you give can make a real difference in their lives.

Recognizing the signs of animal cruelty is essential to protecting animals who cannot speak for themselves. Early awareness allows people to intervene, report abuse, and prevent further harm. By learning what to look for, communities can help ensure animals receive the care and safety they deserve.

Right now we're still desperately trying to raise money to relocate the shelter. Thanks to the dedication and commitment of our volunteer in the US, it is now possible to donate directly via the Facebook app, through our sister charity in Texas called "Friends of Happy Animals Club."
