The signing officially secures the framework for achieving our mission: dedicating proceeds to Rotary International's End Polio Now campaign, the Community Support Fund, and the annual Ipadayun an Pasko (Year 6) project.

This established partnership provides the foundational assurance necessary to launch the next crucial phase of our operation. The event is officially secured, and we look forward to the community's support on the road to a polio-free future.

The club recently engaged in a significant meeting to discuss a potential partnership with Team Kuhol, the prominent organization of runners in Calbayog City, for the upcoming "Runited to End Polio" event on November 22, 2025.
The meeting took place on September 22, 2025, at Fizz Cafe. The event proposal was officially presented to Mr. Marcbryan Obong, President of Team Kuhol - Calbayog, with the goal of securing their powerful support and making them an official partner. Representing the Rotaract movement were Rtr. Eduard Salvador, President of the Rotaract Club of Greater Northwest Samar State University, and his Secretary, Rtr. Reniella Pandong.
This collaboration aims to merge the spirit of service with athletic energy, uniting community members and runners in the collective fight against polio and in support of local beneficiaries.

Big news! The road to "Runited to End Polio" on November 22, 2025, is wide open! We had a hugely successful proposal presentation meeting on September 9, 2025, at Room 404, CIS Building, Northwest Samar State University. This isn't just fun, it's our collective commitment to ending polio and boosting local community service.

A big thank you to our partners, Dr. Cleo Dawn Camarines (President, CCNHS Alumni Association) and Ms. Quennie Allequir (Alumni Representative), for their enthusiastic support!
Also joining us were inspiring leaders: Ms. Jonah L. Salcedo (Past District Learning Facilitator, Rotaract District 3860), our Immediate Past President of the Rotaract Club of Greater Calbayog, and our current Presidents-Rtr. Jinky J. Labrague (Rotaract Club of Greater Calbayog) and Rtr. Eduard Salvador (Rotaract Club of Greater Northwest Samar State University).
All proceeds from the "Runited to End Polio" event will be strategically directed toward key beneficiaries: the primary beneficiary is Rotary International's End Polio Now campaign, with secondary beneficiaries including a Community Support Fund and the yearly Ipadayun an Pasko (Year 6) Christmas project.

The partnering organizations are excited about uniting the community on November 22, 2025, intending to make a significant and lasting impact.
