Effective immediately, Acacia Street will be completely CLOSED due to the simultaneous projects in the area - road reblocking and tower er****on of PhilTower.

Both projects are geared towards providing better conditions for our homeowners - from road safety to cellular signal strength.

GEV TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Scheduled One-Way Routes due to Roadworks on Acacia Street

Please be informed that Sta. Lucia Realty & Development, Inc. (SLRDI) in coordination with GEVHAI will be conducting road repair and improvement works along Acacia Street.

Starting May 12, temporary traffic re-routing and one-lane access will be implemented to ensure the safety of motorists and workers.

EGRESS (Going to Main Gate)

🕔 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM

* Acacia Street will be passable for one lane only.
* Vehicles coming from Cottonwood Street should:
* Turn to Acacia Street
* Turn left to Aspen Street
* Turn right to Greenwoods Avenue
* Proceed to the Main Gate

INGRESS (Entering the Area)

🕔 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Next Day)

* Acacia Street will remain passable for one lane only.
* Vehicles coming from Greenwoods Avenue should:
* Turn left to Aspen Street
* Turn right to Acacia Street
* Exit to Cottonwood Street

UPDATE: Oath-taking of GEVHAI Caretaker Committee

Following the Order released by the Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC) on April 10, 2026, the Caretaker Committee took their oath before the Chief Regional Adjudicator on April 20.

Thirteen members swore to immediately assume and perform their duties for GEVHAI.

A sheriff has been assigned to monitor the Committee on a bimonthly basis, in coordination with its members.

We encourage everyone's support and cooperation as we move forward toward a more peaceful and progressive community.

UPDATE ON GEVHAI ELECTIONS: NEW HSAC ORDER RELEASED

The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (HSAC Region IV-A) has issued an Order regarding the current situation of our homeowners' association.

To ensure that village operations continue smoothly, a Caretaker Committee (composed of the previous GEVHAI officers) has been officially authorized to temporarily manage the association while awaiting the proper conduct of elections.

The oath-taking of the Caretaker Committee is scheduled on April 20, 2026 in Calamba City. HSAC directs the immediate conduct of a peaceful oath taking as suspending or delaying it means impeding the provisions of the Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners’ Association.

Please be assured that:
• This is a temporary measure to prevent disruption of services since the term of the Incumbent GEVHAI Board of Directors has already expired.
• The committee’s role is to maintain operations and safeguard HOA assets under supervision of DHSUD
• All qualified members remain eligible to run in the next HOA elections

The Order will be implemented despite any pending appeal, unless a restraining order is issued by a higher authority.

We ask for everyone’s cooperation as we move forward in maintaining stability and continuity in our community.

New Project Alert: Greenwoods Executive Village Senior Citizens' Center

With the nod of Mayor Kit Nieto, OneCainta LGU and GEVHAI are set to construct a Senior Citizens' Center inside our village.

The pavilion will be built on the lot where the former GEVHAI office stood. Demolition of the old building has begun to pave the way for the new center.

We appreciate the support Cainta LGU is giving to our senior citizens' community.

📢 UPDATE ON MACADAMIA REPAIRS

On April 14, Pasig Action Line's Dr. B**g De Leon met with GEVHAI Officials upon request to discuss the unfinished works at Macadamia Easement Road.

Follow-ups from GEVHAI have been ongoing since January.

About 25% of the project remains incomplete, particularly the section that still lacks steel piles, and there is a need to identify who can complete it.

Dr. De Leon shared that if DPWH will not proceed, he will explore alternative solutions, including possible assistance from MMDA for the road.

GEVHAI is appealing for urgent action to complete the project before the rainy season.
