Earlier today, we presented ๐๐ก๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฉ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐๐๐ซ๐ญ: ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข-๐๐๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ before a panel of doctors. A project shaped from collaboration, shared ideas, and a collective vision to address the growing risks of a sedentary lifestyle. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to bring this advocacy forward and turn our insights into action.

As we come to a close, we are reminded that this advocacy goes beyond a presentation. It is about recognizing that the small, routine act of sitting for long periods can quietly affect our cardiovascular healthโand that change does not always require big steps, but consistent, mindful movement.
We hope that ๐พ๐๐๐๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ค๐ง ๐๐ค๐ช๐ง ๐๐๐๐ง๐ฉ does not end here. May this spark more voices, more initiatives, and more communities advocating for healthier lifestyles. Because in the end, every step we take toward movement is a step toward a stronger heart and a better life.
