The Phase 2 Youth Association successfully conducted its 2nd Monthly Meeting for the month of August 2026, presided over by Mr. Jason Banastao, President of the Phase 2 Youth Association, together with the association’s officers.

Meeting Agenda :

Youth Kamustahan
• Open discussion and sharing of updates, concerns, and suggestions among the youth members.

Weekly Dues
• Emergency Fund – for unexpected needs and emergencies of the association.

Activity Fund – for future programs, activities, and projects of the youth association.

Get-Together / Outing
• Planning and discussion for a bonding activity or outing for the members and officers.

House Rules
• Discussion and agreement on proper conduct, responsibilities, discipline, respect, and cooperation among members and officers.

The meeting aims to strengthen unity, transparency, teamwork, and active participation among the Phase 2 Youth Association members, while continuing to uphold the values of Purpose, Passion, and Potential.

A huge thank you to the 𝙎𝙆 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙩𝙥𝙖𝙩—𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙎𝙆 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧 𝙕𝙚𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙤-𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙍𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙡 𝙍𝙖𝙥𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜—along with 𝙆𝙖𝙜. 𝙀𝙡𝙜𝙚𝙧 𝘿𝙖𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙩𝙖 (𝘾𝙤-𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧 𝙤𝙣 𝙀𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩) for leading today’s Tree Visiting & Watering initiative!

This greener tomorrow is made possible through our wonderful partnership with SK Pagatpat, MORESCO 1, Brgy Council, Brgy Staff and all our passionate Youth Organizations in Brgy. Pagatpat.

🌱 𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 & 𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐌

A tree-growing activity does not end when the seedlings are planted—it continues by making sure they survive and grow. 🌳

Last August 10, 2025, SK Pagatpat conducted a Tree-Growing Activity at Zone 6, Pamalihi. One year later, we return to the same site—not simply to revisit what we planted, but to check, care for, and sustain the trees we started growing together.

This Friday, August 21, 2026, at 5:00 AM, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Pagatpat, led by SK Kag. Ronel Rapsing, Chairperson of the Committee on Environmental Protection, together with Brgy. Kag. Elger Daayata, Chairperson of the Committee on Environment, will carry out the Tree Revisiting & Watering Program with the generous partnership and support of MORESCO-UNO.

🌱 The initiative will focus on:
• Checking the survival and condition of the trees planted last year
• Providing water and basic care to trees that need attention
• Identifying areas where replanting may be necessary
• Ensuring that our previous tree-growing efforts continue to create a lasting environmental impact

Because environmental action is not a one-day activity. It is a commitment to plant, revisit, care, and grow together. 🌳

This activity was part of the celebration of the 11th Year Anniversary of Phase 2 Habitat, Pagatpat, initiated by the Phase 2 Youth Association. 🇵🇭✨

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Payag Organization and Puhon Organization for helping facilitate the said activity. Your support and cooperation made the event more successful and enjoyable for everyone. 🤝❤️

We also sincerely thank the BDRRMO of Pagatpat and PADL Organization for assisting in ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants throughout the activity. 🙏

Our appreciation also goes to the Barangay Tanods for helping maintain peace, order, and security during the event. 👮‍♂️🫡

Pagatpat Phase II Youth Association successfully culminated the activities held in celebration of the 11th Year Anniversary of Phase II Habitat, Pagatpat! 🥳✨
The celebration was filled with fun, teamwork, sportsmanship, and unity among the youth and residents. Here are the highlights of our activities:

𝙁𝙪𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙨,, and the Sangguniang Kabataan of Pagatpat, headed by SK Chairperson 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙕𝙚𝙪𝙨𝙝 𝙆𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙣 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙨 for their unwavering support and encouragement to the Phase II Youth Association.

𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙈𝙐𝙉𝙄𝙏𝙔 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙏𝙃 𝙎𝙐𝙋𝙋𝙊𝙍𝙏 || 𝙃𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩 𝙋𝙝𝙖𝙨𝙚 2

Youth President Mr. Jason Banastao and Coordinator Representative Mrs. Escabusa officially accepted financial support totaling ₱21,500 for the upcoming youth activities—₱12,000 from the SK Council, led by Hon. Zee Collantes, and ₱9,500 from the Barangay Council, headed by Hon. Jude Fuentes.

This funding will directly power the celebration of the 11th Anniversary of Zone 4 Habitat Phase 2.

EmpathEARS doesn't stop after Session 1.

The conversations continue, and so does our commitment to checking in with one another. In the days following our first session, we reached out once again to our participants because every feeling deserves to be acknowledged, not just during the program, but even after it.

These responses remind us that healing, listening, and support are continuous journeys. A simple "Kamusta?" can make someone feel seen, heard, and valued.

Thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts and emotions with us. Your voices inspire us to keep building a safe and supportive community where no one has to face their struggles alone.

Pagatpatnon Muna ang Una.

This Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Pagatpat proudly launches a youth-led movement where every Pagatpatnon youth is empowered to lead, create, and make a difference.

Through 𝐊𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐍-𝐔𝐍𝐀, we are shifting from SK-led initiatives to Youth-led action by providing opportunities, mentorship, partnerships, and funding that enable young people to turn their ideas into meaningful community impact.

📌 This year's flagship initiatives include:
• PAKABANA – Project Pitching Competition
• UNA ZONA – Zonal Empowerment Funding Program
• YADs CUP – Sports Club Empowerment Funding Program
• TAMBAYAYONG – Partnerships for Community Development
• TIKAD CAMP 2026 – Youth Leadership Camp

Together, these initiatives aim to strengthen youth organizations, develop young leaders, encourage volunteerism, promote sports development, and inspire active participation in community building.

This August, the spotlight is no longer on the SK—it's on every Pagatpatnon youth ready to lead, serve, and create change.
