Today, we honor a true scholar of the community. Join us in sending the biggest congratulations to our very own Zone 3 Youth President, 𝐍𝐄𝐈𝐋 𝐉𝐎𝐇𝐍 𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐑 , on his graduation from the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) with a degree in BS Civil Engineering (Specialization in Materials Engineering)! 🎓👷‍♂️

As a proud recipient of the Bonafide 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐑 Guarantee program (Batch 2021), Neil John has consistently proven that youth from Barangay Canito-an can excel both in highly technical fields and in public service.

In engineering, they study the limits of what a material can endure before it breaks. In his years of balancing heavy academic loads with the presidency of our youth organizations, Neil showed us that with faith, hard work, and a supportive community, we are stronger than any force designed to break us.

Thank you, Pres. Neil, for always stepping up, for your endless patience, and for showing the youth of Canito-an that it is possible to achieve academic excellence without leaving behind the duty to serve the people.
