December 19, 2024, Cagayan de Oro City โ The United States Government Alumni Association (USGAA) CDO - BUGKOS Chapter brought together its international exchange alumni from the area to celebrate another yearโs milestone.
Dressed in Wicked-theme attires, over 20 members from diverse programs participated in interactive activities, a lively reunion, and a fellowship dinner facilitated by the former Chapter officers led by our outgoing President, Mr. Merogim P. Mugot.
The meaningful evening featured a presentation of the Chapterโs current project spearheaded by Liam Aiken Osorio followed by the Chapter Vision Casting message of former Chapter President Hon. Judge Jerlie Requerme, passionately emphasizing โThe Why of BUGKOS.โ
Pivoting to a fresh year of service and action, a new set of officers was elected with its new leadership under Dr. Maria Angeles Dano Hinosolango whose fellow elected officersโ Oath of Office was solemnly administered by Hon. Judge Ma. Theresa Aban-Camannong.
The gathering concluded with an atmosphere of fellowship, fostering camaraderie and a shared resolve to advance the Chapterโs traditions and initiatives with communities.
