The Flag Ceremony is more than a school tradition—it is a meaningful reminder of our love for country, respect for our national symbols, and commitment to our duties as responsible Filipino learners.

Through moments of unity and patriotism, we are reminded that leadership begins with simple acts of responsibility and respect. May every flag ceremony inspire us to lead with purpose, serve with integrity, and uphold the values that make us proud Filipinos. 🇵🇭❤️

From September 17–20, 2026, the MNHS-SSLG participated in BAROG BATAN-ON 2026, a youth leadership development program organized by the Oro Youth Development Office in Brgy. Balubal, Cagayan de Oro City.

The program brought together student leaders, aspiring SK officials, and young people from across the city to strengthen their skills in self-leadership, governance, community engagement, and advocacy.

Through practical, collaborative, and action-oriented activities, the participants were given opportunities to develop their leadership abilities, understand their purpose and responsibilities, and learn how they can contribute to meaningful change in their communities.

Through active participation in programs like BAROG BATAN-ON, the MNHS SSLG continues to embrace opportunities that build confident, responsible, and service-driven young leaders ready to make a difference in their school and community. 💙💛

The MNHS–SSLG proudly congratulates Jenica Jean F. Pading, SSLG President, on her election as Rotary Youth Minority Floor Leader for Rotary Youth Week 2026.

Rotary Youth Week provides young Kagay-anons opportunities to strengthen their leadership abilities, deepen their understanding of public service and local governance, and develop a stronger sense of civic responsibility through the New Generation Forum, youth officials’ election, and related city governance activities.

May this new responsibility become another avenue for Jenica to listen, learn, represent fellow youth, and experience leadership beyond the school community.

Congratulations, Jenica! Continue to lead with purpose and serve with humility. 💙✨
