🇵🇭 ASNHS MARCHES WITH PRIDE DURING HIGALAAY FESTIVAL 2026
The streets of Cagayan de Oro came alive with energy, culture, and patriotism as Angeles Sisters National High School (ASNHS) proudly participated in the Military Civic Parade held as part of the Higalaay Festival 2026 on August 27, 2026.
As early as 6:00 AM, the ASNHS Band and Lyre, Boy Scouts, and ASNHS Faculty assembled at the Macasandig Rotonda, joining hundreds of participants in a grand parade that culminated at the Limketkai Center. With every rhythmic beat of the drums and every synchronized step, the ASNHS delegation showcased discipline, unity, and unwavering school spirit.
Among approximately 200 participating contingents, ASNHS proudly secured Rank #39, a testament to the dedication, teamwork, and commitment demonstrated by the students, teachers, and staff who represented the school.
More than a parade, the event served as a celebration of community, heritage, and the enduring spirit of the Kagay-anons. Through its participation, ASNHS not only honored the traditions of the Higalaay Festival but also reaffirmed its commitment to fostering leadership, civic responsibility, and patriotism among its learners.
As the procession moved through the city streets, ASNHS stood tall as a symbol of excellence and unity—marching not only for recognition, but also for the pride and honor of the entire school community.
