Tattoo artists , .reybunny, , and kept the indoors lined up and buzzing. Near the main stage action, Contradict.4025 and .ws came out with fresh drops, while served curated vintage pieces. Recently added to the merch lineup was , all the way from Biñan.

At the entrance, Kultura Kontra Kolonya ran the table with sign-ups for anyone ready to join the regional cultural workers’ alliance 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾

Kultura Konekta 2 went all the way up last December 13, 2025, putting UNT and local artists from Cabuyao, Laguna front and center. The 10-man rap collective hosted a listening party for their debut album, the W.I.P Mixtape, with YKWZ and Wislu dropping their music video for “Thug Like Me,” directed by Jamir Lascano.

The whole night was a straight vibe. The space stayed alive with raw melodies and real stories, all held together by Kurtlli on the decks, keeping the crowd locked in between sets.

Visual art also had its moment through an exhibit featuring Laguna Wall Hunters, a graffiti collective, alongside various Laguna-based artists. The showcase included Ateneo Art awardee Uri de Ger’s work, while Fonta and Kswipe held live graffiti sessions, each bringing their own characters and styles to life.

And it didn’t stop at art and music. Makiling Initiative opened conversations on human rights and the political roots of Hip-Hop, reminding everyone that the culture has always been about struggle and resistance.

In light of “International Human Rights Month”, Makiling Initiative is to host a discussion on the basic concept of human rights under the current political situation in the region.

We’re also doing again a live silkscreen printing workshop featuring the “Sick of the same old trapos” design this Kultura Konekta 2.
