On June 8, 2024, Ms. Arjane Mae was invited by the Junior Association of Local Colleges and Universities (Junior ALCU) to serve as a resource speaker for their webinar titled “Calm in the Chaos: Thriving Through Turbulence, Embracing Resilience, Fostering Well-being, and Conquering Stress in the Battlefield.” The session brought together students from various institutions to reflect on mental health, personal growth, and building resilience amid the demands of academic life and beyond.

In a world that often feels overwhelming, she shared psychological strategies, practical tools, and heartfelt stories to remind students that strength doesn’t mean avoiding the storm — but learning how to dance in the rain. It was a powerful and healing conversation, and she is grateful to Junior ALCU for the trust and opportunity to speak on such a timely and meaningful topic.

On June 7, 2024, Ms. Arjane Mae was honored to be invited by the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) as a resource speaker for a 3-hour session on Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Held online, the session brought together students eager to explore the real-world applications of psychology in workplace settings — from organizational behavior and employee well-being to workplace dynamics and career development.

It was a meaningful opportunity for her to share both theoretical insights and early professional experiences as a registered psychometrician. Engaging with future psychology professionals from a different academic institution was both humbling and enriching. Thank you to PUP and the organizers for the warm invitation and the active participation throughout the session.

On May 31, 2024, Ms. Arjane Mae returned once again to the University of Perpetual Help DALTA – Calamba Campus — this time as a guest speaker for a face-to-face career mentoring session titled “Career Convo: Explore – Experience – Empowered.” Invited by the Alumni Office in partnership with the College Guidance Office, she had the opportunity to engage with students on topics close to her heart: navigating the college journey, preparing for future careers, and finding purpose along the way.

Though still early in her own professional path, she embraced the chance to share what she’s learned so far — from academic experiences to the realities of the workforce as a registered psychometrician. Being back on campus, not just as an alumna but now as a mentor, was a humbling and inspiring full-circle moment. Heartfelt thanks to the organizers and students for the warm welcome and meaningful conversations.

On April 19, 2024, Ms. Arjane Mae was once again given the opportunity to serve as a resource speaker — this time at her current institution, Pamantasan ng Cabuyao. It was her second talk, and what made it even more special was that it was from the Psychology program who reached out as part of their NSTP project. The session, titled “Abot-Tanaw, Abot Kamay: Providing Students with the Necessary Information and Tools to Manage the Challenges of College Life,” was originally planned as a face-to-face event, but due to class suspension, it transitioned to an online format.

Despite the shift in platform, the goal remained the same — to equip students with practical tools and psychological insights for navigating college life with resilience and clarity. She was honored to take part in a student-led initiative that showed so much heart and purpose. Here’s to empowering one another — one meaningful conversation at a time.

On January 7, 2024, Ms. Arjane Mae marked a milestone in her professional journey as she took on her first-ever role as a resource speaker — and it happened in a place close to her heart: her alma mater, the University of Perpetual Help DALTA – Calamba Campus. Invited by the Psychology Society, where she once served as president, she shared insights during a webinar titled "Balancing Friendships and Academics: The Psychology of Choosing a Supportive Circle for Academic Success." Returning not just as a graduate, but now as a guest speaker, was a full-circle moment filled with gratitude and growth.

What made the experience even more meaningful was that it took place just four months after she became a registered psychometrician. Despite being early in her professional path, she wholeheartedly accepted the invitation — a reflection of her passion for the field and commitment to giving back. Thank you to the Psychology Society for the warm welcome and for the trust. Here’s to more milestones, meaningful conversations, and making a difference one talk at a time.
