𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹. 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗧𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹. 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.

These are the few words that our 4th Year BS Entrepreneurship students used to describe the first week of their grand opening. Where behind every stall and product is a story of long days, sleepless nights, teamwork, problem-solving, and determination.

This week marked the beginning of their journey as real-world entrepreneurs—learning not just how to run a business, but how to adapt, persevere, and grow through every challenge and success.

A true test of grit, resilience, and passion.

𝐀 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐃 𝐌𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐍𝐄𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐁𝐒 𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐔𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏!

Congratulations to 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐘𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐭,, alumnus of BS Entrepreneurship – NEUST Sumacab Campus and former President of the Business and Entrepreneurship Society A.Y. 2024–2025, for 𝑤𝑖𝑛𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 1𝑠𝑡 𝑃𝑙𝑎𝑐𝑒 𝑖𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐵𝑢𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠 𝑃𝑖𝑡𝑐ℎ 𝐶𝑜𝑚𝑝𝑒𝑡𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 during the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝐘𝐄𝐏) 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 held at the University of the Assumption, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on December 1, 2025.

Competing against entries from the provinces of Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales, his business, 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐩 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧, proudly secured 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞.

Consequently, Pampanga’s 𝑰𝒃𝒂𝒕 and Zambales’ 𝑳’𝒓𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆 claimed 2nd and 3rd Place, respectively.

Your victory inspires your underclassmen from NEUST to dream bigger, push harder, and pursue innovation with purpose.

The 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, through the 𝗕𝗦 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 program of the 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗘𝗰𝗶𝗷𝗮 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 (NEUST), proudly participated in the International Social Entrepreneurship Business Pitching Competition held in Malaysia and organized by the Entrepreneurship Unit of Politeknik METrO Betong Sarawak.

The team, composed of third-year BS Entrepreneurship students 𝗩𝘆𝗻𝗻 𝗔𝘇𝗿𝗲𝗹 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮, 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻, 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘇𝗼𝗻, and 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮, presented their innovative project, 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗙𝗬: “𝘉𝘢𝘨𝘴 𝘉𝘦𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘉𝘢𝘳𝘴 – “𝘛𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤 𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘗𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦,” highlighting a forward-thinking approach to environmental sustainability while addressing social challenges.

Mentored by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝗿𝗷𝗵𝗲𝗹 𝗩. 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗼, the team delivered a compelling presentation and secured the 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗹, underscoring NEUST, CMBT, and the BS Entrepreneurship program’s commitment to developing socially responsible, innovative, and internationally competitive entrepreneurs.
