🔔📢 ANNOUNCEMENT FOR REGISTRATION: Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP)

Is your organization a Youth Organization (YO) or a Youth-Serving Organization (YSO) located in Tacloban City?

Join a cohesive and empowered youth network! The City Youth Development Office (CYDO), in collaboration with the City Youth Development Council (CYDC), is pleased to introduce the Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP) — a strategic initiative designed to officially recognize and strengthen youth-led and youth-serving organizations throughout the city.

📌 Objectives of YORP:

✅ Develop a comprehensive database of YOs and YSOs in Tacloban City
✅ Foster collaboration and networking among youth groups
✅ Ensure access to government and partner-led programs, services, and capacity-building opportunities
✅ Enhance youth participation in local governance and development

📝 Eligibility for Registration:

Youth Organizations (YO): Formally organized groups led by individuals aged 15–30 years

Youth-Serving Organizations (YSO): Groups, institutions, or agencies providing services or support to the youth sectors.

📄 Required Documentation:
1. Directory of Officers and Advisers
2. List of Members in Good Standing
3. Copy of Constitution and By-Laws (indicating age and scope of membership)
4. Endorsement or Certification from Authorized Personnel
5. Certificate of Registration (if a Multi-organization/Chapter)
(Templates are available upon request by sending a message indicating interest to register)

📍 Submission Location:

Please submit your complete documents to the City Youth Development Office, located beside the Liga ng mga Barangay Chapter and behind the PESO-ENRO-CCDLAO Building, Tacloban City.

⏰Batch 2 - Submission Deadline: August 26, 2025

🕙Batch 3 - Submission Deadline: October 31, 2025.
