The Butuan Delegation actively participated in the SK Training for Advancing, Promoting, and Ensuring Participation held on June 19 to 20, 2026, at Balanghai Hotel and Convention Center, Butuan City.

The seminar aimed to capacitate aspiring Sangguniang Kabataan officials throughout Caraga Region with the core skills necessary to effectively perform their roles and functions as youth leaders. It also provided a valuable platform for peer-to-peer learning, collaboration, and the exchange of experiences among youth leaders.

A significant highlight of the event was the official launching of โ€œWith Resolve: A Blueprint for Leadership,โ€ authored by Concepcion C. Asis. The book serves as an inspiring guide for current and aspiring leaders, emphasizing resilience, integrity, purpose-driven leadership, and a steadfast commitment to public service.

Through initiatives like these, the youth are empowered to become catalysts of positive change, equipped with the knowledge, values, and determination needed to build stronger and more inclusive communities.
