SILYO is a Non-Government Organization which was founded on May 2005 by then President Mario Vereynato of Barangay San Isidro 1. Years after years the SILYO had been a part of Barangay and act as a Prime mover giving Youth Oriented Program and activities to enhance the skill, talents and social awareness among Youth in the Barangay. Pasko na Bata ko is an instant Christmas party to the less fortunate children of the Barangay. The supervision of the SILYO and the Pasko na Bata ko for this year is under the supervision of the Organizations President (2009-present) and a former SK Councilor, Paulo Salamat de Jesus.
