Game. Set. Match. What an amazing rally of energy, teamwork, and sportsmanship at the JCI Caibiran 1st Pickleball Tournament last February 15, 2026, held at Caibiran Covered Court!

To all our players — thank you for showing up ready to serve, d**k, smash, and volley your way through an exciting day on the court. Your enthusiasm, cooperation, and love for the game made this event a true winner. Because of you, every match was a point well played.

A big shoutout to our trainer, Jerome Yu, for sharing his time, skills, and passion for the sport. Your guidance helped players level up their game and build more confidence on the court.

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Mayor Rhodessa Delante - Revita, RVP Ivy Jane and the IBIDinkers Club Members for generously sponsoring the food and keeping everyone fueled throughout the tournament. Your support helped keep the energy high from first serve to final point.

Something exciting is coming to Caibiran this Valentine’s season.

On February 15, 2026, the Caibiran Covered Court will come alive with pickleball—fun, learning, and competition all in one day.

Whether you’ve played before, want to improve your skills, or are simply curious and want to try something new, you are welcome to join. No experience needed—just interest, energy, and the willingness to play.

Join solo, as a couple, or in mixed doubles. Learn the basics, meet new people, and experience the thrill of the game on the court.

This event is hoted by JCI Caibiran in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Caibiran, Local Youth Development Office - Caibiran and Sangguniang Kabataan and Local Youth Development Council.

When Typhoon Opong struck, it did not only bring heavy rains—it left behind broken homes, broken bridges, and broken lives.

Families in Sitio Macalpe and Brgy. Tomalistis are surrounded by mud and landslides. In Sitio Tigbao, Brgy. Binohangan, the only footbridge was washed away—cutting people off from food, clean water, and medicine. In almost all barangays of Caibiran, floodwaters rose quickly, forcing caibiranhons to carry their children through deep water, leaving behind the little they owned.

This is the reality of our kababayan in Caibiran. And this is why we must act now.

JCI Caibiran activates OPLAN KAAGAPAY – Burublig Para Han Caibiran to gather help for those who lost everything.

📸 LOOK: Highlights from the KK Assembly – Mental Health Awareness Talk

From May 26 to June 23, 2025, the barangays of Caibiran, Biliran came together in a powerful series of Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Assemblies focused on one of the most important issues facing our youth today — Mental Health Awareness.

Spearheaded by JCI Caibiran in collaboration with the Municipality of Caibiran, LYDO, and dedicated youth leaders, the activity was part of JCI Philippines’ National Program “Mission Possible.” Through this effort, we empowered young Caibiranhons to speak up, seek support, and become mental health champions in their communities.

These moments captured below reflect the unity, learning, and heart behind every conversation. Together, we are building a future where mental wellness is prioritized and stigma is broken.
