Requirements:

โ€ข Valid ID

ACCEPTED APPLICATIONS:
โœ”๏ธ New Registration (Must be 15 years old on or before November 2, 2026)
โœ”๏ธ Transfer registration (within or from another municipality)
โœ”๏ธ Change or correction of entries
โœ”๏ธ Reactivation of records
โœ”๏ธ Transfer from post to local (Foreign country to Philippines)
