May ibinaba pong allocation para sa Tulong Dunong Program ng CHED mula sa Senate. Ito po ay One-Time o isang beses na scholarship grant lamang.

1. Lima (5) ang kailangan at kukuhanin sa bawat Barangay.

2. Ang kukuhaning magaaral ay nasa college level kailangan na enrolled para sa Academic Year 2026-2027.

3. Bahagi ng Indigent Family.

4. Walang natatanggap na ibang scholarship grant.

5. Walang bagsak na marka sa mga nagdaang semester.

Mga kinakailangan ipasa hanggang BIYERNES, August 14, 2026 sa Mayor’s Office;

Ilagay sa isang brown envelope:
1. Application Form (sa araw ng pagpapasa na po sasagutan sa Mayor’s Office)

2. 1 pc. 2x2 Picture

3. Certificate of Indigency

Hinihiling na maipasa po ang mga ito hanggang Biyernes.

On August 8, 2026, the Barangay San Pablo, City of Sto. Tomas, Batangas conducted the distribution of scholarship grants under the Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program at the Barangay Multi-Purpose Hall.

Prior to the distribution, the applicants were carefully screened and evaluated by the designated Scholarship Committee based on the prescribed qualifications and criteria of the program. After the review and deliberation of the Committee, the following individuals were determined to have satisfactorily met the requirements and were declared qualified beneficiaries: Krizzelle Ann Sabejon, Ivan Benedict Lozada, Donamyr Trinidad, Rhianne Gabriel Magpantay and Shantel Maxene Punzalan. Each qualified scholar received a scholarship grant amounting to Twenty Thousand Pesos (₱20,000.00), allocated under the Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program of the National Government under the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. (President Bongbong Marcos).
