6. Leading- Every member is leading in providing voluntary public service without expecting any returns. Organization’s Mission:

1. To help the Barangay, the Local Government Unit (LGU) Philippine National Police (PNP), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and other Law Enforcement Agency in monitoring of criminal or terrorist activities in the community.

2. To provide immediate assistance and prompt response during calamites and any untoward incidents.

3. To advocate patriotism, volunteerism, peace and order and public safety thru learning session, orientation, and partnership.

4. To foster good moral and right conduct among Filipinos to develop more law-abiding citizens and to achieve the crimeless and God-fearer society.

5. To spread kindness and promote the spirit of Bayanihan thru humanitarian programs and charity activities. Organization’s Vision:
