The number of online consumers has increased in recent years as it provides convenience, accessibility, and time-saving nature. However, fraudsters have also increased. According to FBI complaints, an increasing number of victims have not gotten the products they ordered; this type of phenomenon is one of the critical issues that we must be aware of as technology advances. It might be possible that we will be the next victim of it. That is why we, the OSPA (Online Scam Protection Alliance), were formed to give well-informed knowledge to help prevent scams.
