Another year of victory to our Barotac Viejo Chess Team in 5th CDSA held in Concepcion last Feb 28-March 1 2024.

We have been silent in the opening of this year because we want to focus on extensive practice ,and"move in silence "as one of our favorite chess quotes."Let our achievement to make some noise .Our achievement is dedicated to our beloved town and fellow barotacnons.

The 1st Lipata Chess Tournament was fun and full of excitement.The kids,adults and even seniors competed against each other to determine the best chess player in the Barotac Viejo.This tournament is to motivate the young kids to level up the competition in the higher level (open category)

Special thanks to Alpha Phi Omega PC-104 for sponsoring the prizes,trophies and medals .Your support in Barotac Viejo Chess Club is well appreciated not just in this tournament but for all the help you have given us.
