February 24, 2026 — The Aurora State College of Technology (ASCOT) Alumni Association installed its newly elected officers following a federated election held on February 24.
The election was attended by seven alumni school representatives, three outgoing officers, and members of the election committee.
Alvin Morada was elected president and formally took his oath of office on the same day, administered by Dr. Renato G. Reyes, President of ASCOT, and witnessed by former Alumni Association President Casper Jay Ortiz.
The newly elected officers are:
President – Alvin Morada (SoIT)
Vice President – Eden Hapal (SoF)
Secretary – Kevin Rey Solomon (SoEd)
Treasurer – Raymond Ancheta (SABM)
Auditor – Danilo Pascasio (SFES)
Business Manager – Efren Ramos (BIT)
Public Relations Officer – Ronald Temajo (SoE)
The new leadership brings together alumni from various academic units to strengthen alumni engagement and support institutional initiatives.

ASCOT Alumni Give Back to Agta Communities in Casiguran, Aurora! 🎒✏️
We're thrilled to share the success of a heartwarming outreach project led by the ASCOT Alumni Association! Our alumni recently visited the Sentrong Paaralan ng mga Agta in Casiguran, Aurora, to provide much-needed support to students.

A total of 110 students from Dipontian School (61 students) and Disigisaw School (49 students) each received backpacks filled with school supplies, helping them kickstart a successful academic year. But that's not all – to ensure a more comfortable learning environment, the alumni also donated 7 stand fans to each school, benefiting students from Kindergarten to Grade 6!

This incredible initiative was spearheaded by Alumni President Hon. Casper Jay Ortiz, with invaluable assistance from Alumni Secretary Ms. Cheska Cate Victorio and other dedicated Alumni Officers. We also extend a huge thank you to Ms. Glenn Kennedy Marzo, a volunteer from the School of Information Technology, and the supportive BIT students who lent a helping hand.

This project was proudly partnered with Dr. Antonio Bolivar, Head of the Center for Indigenous People Studies at ASCOT Casiguran Campus, highlighting our commitment to supporting indigenous communities.

We are so proud of our ASCOT alumni for their generosity and dedication to making a positive impact. Together, we can continue to empower future generations!

🎉 SUCCESSFUL EVENT! | ASCOT Alumni in Action 💙

February 23, 2025, the ASCOT Alumni Association successfully held the "Love Beyond Walls: Sharing Compassion this February" event—a heartfelt Hygiene Kits Donation Project for the inmates of Aurora Provincial Jail.

This initiative, led by Pres. Casper Jay Ortiz (Alumni President), Cheska Cate Victorio (Alumni Secretary), June Cel D. Gutierrez (Alumni Operational Manager), and Edna Napoles (Alumni Volunteer), was more than just a donation drive—it was a symbol of love, hope, and compassion for those behind bars.

We were also blessed to have Rev. Arjerish Montemayor of Ang Iglesia Metodista sa Pilipinas, who shared an uplifting message of faith, redemption, and second chances with the inmates.

💖 Because Love Knows No Walls 💖
This project reminds us that even the smallest act of kindness can bring dignity and hope to those in need. By addressing basic hygiene needs, we are not only promoting well-being but also letting them know they are not forgotten.
