🚀 Empowering Filipino University Students through the Link Forge Mentorship Program 🇵🇭

In line with my series of talks across universities, I’m excited to announce the pilot launch of the Link Forge Mentorship Program during my upcoming talk on November 8 at Urdaneta City University. This initiative is focused on providing hands-on experience to talented marketing, IT, and engineering students, helping them unlock their full potential.

We’re inviting entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals to join us in this mission! Through this program, you’ll get to mentor deserving students in your field, offer practical training, and help them grow professionally.

Here’s how it works:

✅ 1-month probation period to assess the fit.

✅ If things go well, the apprentice continues for 3 months in total.

✅ Paid opportunity – Students will receive compensation throughout the internship.

✅ If it’s a match, they can continue working with you as freelance contractors.

This program is about giving back to the community and helping Filipino students gain valuable experience for their future careers. We believe Filipinos are talented, hardworking, and full of potential, and we want to provide them with every opportunity to succeed.

Where do I even begin? I spent over an hour staring out the window, thinking about how to put my thoughts into words. It’s been two weeks, and I still can’t quite believe that we pulled this off.

What started as a small roundtable event with 30 people in a coworking space quickly grew into something much bigger. In just over a week, we transformed it into a full-day, free conference with more than 100 attendees—and thus, the Baguio SEO Conference was born.

This event began with a simple vision: to give back to the community, introduce SEO as a life-changing opportunity to fellow Filipinos, and expand the knowledge of those already working in the field. It was our way of showing that SEO can open doors and change lives—just as it did for us.

I couldn’t have done this alone. I’m beyond grateful to my SEO network and friends who stepped up when we needed sponsors at the last minute. (Special thanks to Adrian Gaña, William Jones, Dr. John Vincent Go, Link Forge Digital, Links Amplifier Digital, Jeanius SEO, and Mafy Digitals ). A special thank you to my friend Jinky Oblianda who traveled from Cebu to support this event, Dr. Vince who went to all lengths in securing us a new venue, hours before the event, and to my amazing daughter, Kryzshel Escaño, who supported me in every way and worked hard with my staff to prepare for the event.
