As a man of vision, Maxwell A. He is the President of Hagan Publications Group, a Christian publishing house and the C.E.O of Hagan Broadcasting Network (HBN) and Hagan Multimedia Company, a television and radio network with its branches in Ghana and the Philippines. He Founded the International Christian Ministers Association -Philippines which focuses on uniting believers to fulfill the great commission. He is currently the UN International Eminent Peace Ambassador to The Philippines .
