A massive THANK YOU to everyone who joined our "2026 Resilience Workshops" today. While our group was intimate, your incredible energy, dedication, and active participation made it unforgettable. Your commitment to learning and bettering yourselves just to be able to serve others is truly inspiring. ❤️
We are so grateful to Ma’am Beth of the Zion Emergency and Disaster Response Unit (ZEDRU) for sharing your priceless expertise with us; we truly learned so much! 🚴‍♂️ Gusto n’yo ba matuto ng BLS or Basic Life Support? Malaking bagay ito para sa ating mga siklista at sa kahit sinong gustong maging handa during emergencies.

Join us this Sunday, May 17, from 8:00AM to 12:00AM at the BGH Compound Covered Court for a FREE BLS Workshop sponsored by Bike Scouts.

Matutunan dito ang basic CPR, emergency response, at life-saving skills na puwedeng makatulong sa rides, events, at araw-araw na sitwasyon.
