The Rising Youth Innovative Society (RYIS) officially opens its doors to aspiring youth leaders, students, advocates, volunteers, and changemakers through the Batch 1 Membership Application pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 04, s. 2026.

If you are passionate about leadership, innovation, service, and community development, this is your opportunity to become part of a growing movement dedicated to empowering the youth and creating meaningful impact in communities.
