I am Mary Joy Dequiña, a Supreme Student Government Grade-8 Representative under the presidency of manang Lovely Monido last school year 2019-2020. Manang Lovely possesses the qualities of a good student-leader, and I have learned numerous from her. Madamo ako natun-an sa iya parehas nalang kung paano mangin malawigon ang pagpasensya sa tanan nga butang kag kung paano ihandle ang isa ka organisasyon nga maayo kag tawhay. I can proudly say, nga biskan sa isa ka tuig lang namon nga updanay ni manang Lovely, nagbunga ang iya paghanas sa amon nga co-student leaders ya. Subong, ako naman ang SSLG President sa amon school; Ramon Torres Dulao National High School, kag dako gid nga bulig sa akon growth ang mga words of encouragement kag pag train ni manang Lovely sa akon para mangin maayo nga lider.

Para sa akon, nagaka-angay nga madaog si manang Lovely sa sini nga election tungod wala labot sa madamo na sa experience sa pag serbisyo sa Diyos, kabataan, kag komunidad, bal-an ko man nga pure ang intensyon ni nang Lovely para sa kapareho ko nga kabataan. Bilang isa ka bata sa Barangay Dulao, kinahanglan ta ang isa ka Lovely Monido nga magaserbisyo sang tudo kag puro. Vote wisely!

Nang Lovely is a great leader. I witnessed her dedication and perseverance during my 9th grade when she became the SSG president of lRTDNHS. Grabeh kakapoy kag kabudlay sng iya obligation but she still managed to deliver a good governance to our fellow Rt Dulaonons.

As her former member, I think that she is equipped with knowledge, dedication, and ability to lead and serve the community. Naga kaangay gd sya mag daog sa sini mga election, and she will serve as the voice of the youths during their endeavors.

Pwede ka gid namon mapangayuan bulig kag nagabulig gid ikaw sang imo makaya. And this only shows that you can be trusted to fulfill and accomplish duties nga magaabot pa. You have the personality, ability, skills and capability to plan and be the voice for the children, the people and the community. Nang Lovely and I are classmates for 2 years and although we spent a little time together, the memories and bonding we shared is incomparable. Being one of her close friend, I can say that she has a good heart. One thing I love about her is that, she can get along with everyone around her.
We also became part of the SSG Organization where she is the President and the bond we had became even stronger. As one of her fellow member, I can testify that she has the spirit and will to lead the student body. Didto ko nakita kung gaano siya kasagad nga lider. Perme na siya daan ga lead sa mga school organization halin sang una so may hibalo nagid siya kag experience sa ginatawag nga service. Si Lovely ang tawo nga indi lang gwapa sang hitsura ang pwede ipambato kundi pati man talent kag kaalam. Lera, in my experience, is someone who is willing to serve and lead. I first met her at the Peer Facilitators Club Organization on campus, which is part of the BCC-Guidance Center. We have two weeks to help the Guidance Staffs and facilitate the entrance exams of incoming first-year college students for the Academic Year 2022-2023, and I noticed the promise in her behaviors of how a capable and responsible leader acts. She is highly engaged in various aspects of her job, she arrived on time on campus, she is very approachable and professional in dealing with various people, and she is kind and trustworthy.
We've been working together for about two years. LERAMAE has this quality of INTEGRITY because in almost 5 years of being her friend and classmate, I saw how she stand up for her fellow students. I can say that SHE is THE BEST and Deserving to win for the position of SK Kgawad in Brgy Dulao. She's really responsible, like she knows her RESPONSIBILITIES. Leramae Angel Bolisa is one of my closest friend since 1st year college. I've known here as intelligent, enthusiastic, and trustworthy person. In terms of leadership, Lera was an active vice president of Kamag Fil Club in Bago City College which aims to unite all students taking up major in Filipino. She embodies the spirit to serve among people in her own ways. Example of the things she did as a leader, she served as a voice of students to speak out the lacking and creates plan to the betterment of our institution. Siya ang isa ka simple but full of enthusiasm type of person. Kilala ko nani sya since then kay we’re friends/barkada for almost 16 years. In terms of leadership, gina involve ya iya self through joining organization during high school and college years. She’s a good servant leader because isa ako sa maka testify sina nga bagay and we’ve been joining in the same org during our high school days. Getting involve in multi org without full commitment is not her thing, because she makes sure that joining in a org or club needs fullest responsibility and commitment.

I've known her for a very long time and in the academic year 2016-2017, we both served as leaders of the Supreme Student Government, a student organization at our school.
I think duwa gid kami ni wala ga bulagay once mag duty sa school, especially magcollect mga basura every friday, I remembered pa nga gakalate kami sulod sa amon first period kay gabaka-baka pa kami duty sa ssg office to collect garbages from different year and sections.That was the most memorable event
we had as leaders in high school, and it taught
us to always put our fellow students first and
fulfill our obligations.
And, when we were in college, upuday naman kmi sa isa ka organization which is the KAMAGFIL ( Kapisanan ng mga Mag-aaral sa Filipino) and Peer Facilitators in our school, her strong work ethic and dedication to the organization's mission is evident gid. She is someone who is skilled at handling difficulties and obstacles in a composed manner and who has a plan of how to address the issue, if ako ang nagaproblema, ga cramming kg gasala pero siya ma hambal na siya sa akon nga " Kalma bala, indi magsala, kaya tani step by step ta atubangon na".
Masaligan gid siya sa ubra kag hapos man palapitan. I think she can be able to serve the best interests of the youth and the community rather than personal gain.

In my 6 years of being in the sponsorship program of MRBCC, I've been one of the member of the Children and Youth Organization kag diri ko nakilala si Nang Leah. She's an active member of the organization and nakita ko gid kung ano sa ka committed and at the same time palangga ya kung ano ginahimo ya. Having her as our CYO-President is a blessing because you have witnessed her burning passion to lead and the desire to make an impact in the community, especially to her fellow youth. During her term as our President, she launched this Children's Festival that includes different activities and symposiums that protects and promotes the Children's Rights and Children's Protection (CRCP). Although the Children's Festival ended after her 2 years in the organization, her legacy was being continued by her fellow youth leaders. And, even though her term ended, she was still the Manang Leah we know, the active and committed member of the organization. She touched many hearts for being an inspiration to her fellow MRBCC family and I am one of them who admire her for being an independent, committed, passionate, dedicated, active listener and a well spoken woman.
