Divinians came together in faith and devotion as we celebrated the Sto. Niño Mass as one school community. The gathering reminded us of the Holy Child Jesus as a symbol of humility, hope, and love—which are values we strive to live by every day.

After the Mass, selected Senior High School students presented a wonderful Sinulog dance, expressing our devotion through culture, movement, and unity. It was a simple yet meaningful celebration that showed how our faith brings us together as one.

May the Sto. Niño continue to guide and bless each and every one of us. 🥰

A new year is here, and with it comes new hopes, new goals, and new chances to do better. As we welcome 2026, let us bring with us the lessons we learned from the past year and use them to grow as students and as a community.

This year is a reminder that every day is an opportunity to improve, help one another, and make memories that will last. The DLAB Student Council hopes that 2026 will be filled with positivity, motivation, and success for everyone. 🤞

𝘿𝙄𝙑𝙄𝙉𝙄𝘼𝙉𝙎, 𝙏𝙊𝙂𝙀𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙍 𝙒𝙀 𝙃𝘼𝙑𝙀 𝙍𝙀𝘼𝘾𝙃𝙀𝘿 𝙊𝙐𝙏 🤍✨

What began as a simple call to give turned into a truly meaningful outreach program. Through the generosity, unity, and compassion of our DLA community, we were able to share not just goods, but hope, kindness, and love with those in need. Families were given packs of essential goods to help support their daily needs, along with hygiene necessities. To add joy and excitement to the day, families also participated in fun games, where multiple winners received prizes, creating moments of laughter and togetherness. 😄⭐️

This success reflects the heart of service we all share; proving that when we come together with one purpose, every small act becomes a powerful impact. Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, and supported. This outreach was successful because you made it possible. 🙌🎉

Our sincere thanks go to the AP Department for their unwavering support and cooperation, as well as to all the volunteers and organizers who made this outreach possible. 𝑹𝑰𝒁𝑨𝑳 𝑫𝑨𝒀: 𝑯𝑶𝑵𝑶𝑹𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑶𝑼𝑹 𝑵𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑨𝑳 𝑯𝑬𝑹𝑶 🇵🇭

Every December 30, we remember and honor the life of our national hero, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗹. He was a writer, thinker, and reformist whose words and actions shaped the Philippines. Through his novels 𝐍𝐨𝐥𝐢 𝐌𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐞 and 𝐄𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦𝐨, Rizal showed the social problems of his time and inspired Filipinos to dream of a free and united nation.

As Divinians, we can carry his legacy in our own lives. Rizal believed that education, discipline, and honesty are important for building a better society. His sacrifice reminds us that being patriotic does not only mean grand actions. It also means helping others, standing up for what is right, and doing our best in everything we do.

On this Rizal Day, let us reflect on his courage and wisdom. Let us honor his memory not just with words, but with actions; by showing kindness, practicing honesty, and helping our community. Sa alaala ni Rizal, maging inspirasyon tayo sa isa’t isa at ipagpatuloy ang pangarap niya para sa isang malaya at maunlad na Pilipinas. 🖋️📜

Merry Christmas, Divinians! 🎅🎄

The Reason for the Season

The joy of Christmas is now here—
the main reason I’ve held on for the past whole year.
Festivities that bring smiles to everyone’s face:
a happiness felt and that can never be truly erased.

Gifts are given, carols are heard,
parols twinkle, families gather.
The delicious smell of food tickling our attention—
and for once, we let go of all fear and tension.

But beyond the season is the reason we celebrate:
a guiding light, the grace we all await.
On this day, remember that a glorious King was born
in a humble manger that one fateful morn.

As we rip open presents and delight in delicious feasts,
remember the reason why Christmas exists.
Give praise to Him and bring forth His godly kindness—
so that we may all have a wonderful, merry Christmas.

English Week 2025 held on November 24-28 was a resounding success! Throughout the week, students actively participated in a wide range of engaging activities; including the Kick-Off Activity, Poem Recitation, Poem Interpretation, Verse Choir, Speech Choir, Jazz Chant, Stage Play, and the much-anticipated Mr. & Ms. Book Character Portrayal. Each performance showcased the students’ talent, confidence, creativity, and deep appreciation for the English language.

The culminating program on November 28, 2025, marked the highlight of the celebration, bringing together participants, winners, teachers, and of course the school band along with its supporters in a joyful showcase of unity, collaboration, and effective use of the English language.

Our heartfelt thanks go to the students, teachers, organizers, and of course the entirety of the English Department who spearheaded the whole event, contributed their time, effort, and passion. English Week 2025 was more than an event, it was a true celebration of language, creativity, and expression, where every word truly came to life. 🖋️🎭
