KAILANGAN PA BA ANG DANCE MINISTRY SA CHURCH?
As we learn more about Born Again Christian Churches, we discover eventually, na hindi sila pare pareho, at marami silang pinagkaka iba.
They are usually united by one thing, the belief, that Jesus is the only way for salvation. Pag ka tapos non, marami ng pinag kaiba. Hindi lamang sa doctrine, kundi sa ministry practice.
Including yung pagkaka roon ng dance ministry sa church, specially pag worship service.
May mga Pastors at churches, na wala silang dance ministry sa church.
Hindi nila ito naging kasanayan at ministry practice.
Some would even consider it, not only as unnecessary, but also not Biblical, and some would even say worldly.
Others, are more open.
Na kahit hindi nila ito naging kasanayan at ministry practice, pero they are open na magkaroon.
They see other Born Again Christian Churches doing it, and they don’t see anything wrong Biblically, and they don’t think it’s worldly.
Others, grew up in a Church, specially in the last 30 years, na may dance ministry sa church nila, specially , yung tambourine dance ministry.
That to this day, whenever they go to Church, they would see dancers, specially during the praise and worship, dancing sa harapan.
Pero kailangan pa ba ito sa Church?
Specially sa Panahon natin ngayun?
My answer to this is, malaking tulong, na may dance ministry sa church.
Can the church survive, and even grow kung wala ito?
And the answer is obviously yes.
Tulad ng kahit walang banda.
Walang media ministry.
Walang transportation ministry.
Walang food ministry.
Walang ushering ministry.
Walang children’s ministry.
Walang youth ministry.
At kung ano ano pang ministry.
Kung ang matitira lang ay preaching of the Gospel at Discipleship, the church would still survive and grow.
I am very certain of that.
However, bakit din naman natin li limit ang mga pwede nating gawin sa ministry, to glorify God, and to bring more people to the Lord, lalo na kung hindi naman pinagbabawal ito sa Bibliya?
Furthermore, in the last 30 years at least, mula nung maraming churches, specially in the Philippines ang natuto at Nagkaroon ng dance ministry, lalo na yung Tambourine Dance Ministry, maraming bata, teenagers, ang na train at na discipline sa paglilingkod sa Lord through the dance ministry.
Marami sa kanila, even in their adult life, nagpatuloy sa paglilingkod sa Panginoon.
Marami pa nga naging Pastor at Bishop ng kanilang mga simbahan.
Higit pa riyan, marami sa kanila, nung nag abroad, nag tayo ng mga churches, and then later, encouraged their children, youth, and adults to also become dancers for the Lord.
Many can testify na nung nag dance ministry sila, nag grow sila sa faith nila sa Lord.
Many have also testified na as they see the dancers in the church every Sunday , na e encourage sila lalo.
Syempre, tulad ng lahat ng ministry, may challenges din ito, at may mga hindi rin na be bless.
Meron pa nga na nag kwe question kung dapat parin ba mag dance ang buong church in general.
But I believe, may purpose si Lord bakit Nagkaroon ng dance ministry.
At Kung yan ang desire mo, talent mo, calling mo, gawin mo yan.
Maging part ka ng church na may dance ministry.
Yung ayaw mag dance sa praise and worship, at ayaw magkaroon ng dance ministry sa church nila, edi okay lang po yun. Gawin ninyo ang leading ni Lord at conviction ni Lord sa inyo, based on the doctrine , theology, and ministry practice of your church or denomination. Hindi kayo dapat pilitin ng sinuman, na kailangan niyong magkaroon ng dance ministry.
And I respect you for that.
Pero yung mga gustong mag dance for the Lord, as a church, yung gustong magka dance ministry sa church, wag din kayo papipigil. As this is your leading, your conviction, as a Christian. As this aligns with the doctrine, theology, and ministry practice of your church and denomination, magpatuloy kayo, tayong lahat sa pagsayaw para sa Lord.
I encourage you, dance for the Lord.
Sumayaw ka. Sumayaw kayo. Sumayaw tayo.
Together , let us praise the Lord with dancing.
Dahil ako, I will dance for the Lord.
Sasayaw Ako!
