🎧 Share Your Mental Health Playlist!

“Music doesn’t just sound—it feels; it heals”

Sometimes, words aren’t enough to express what we feel but music always finds a way to speak for our hearts. Whether it’s a song that reminds you to keep going, one that helps you breathe a little easier, or a tune that simply makes you smile every beat holds a story of healing and hope. 🌟

As we celebrate Mental Health Month, we invite you to take a moment to reflect on the songs that have guided you through your highs and lows. Drop them in the comment section below and let’s create a collective playlist filled with hope and positivity. ✨

💬Comment the songs that makes you feel hope, comfort, positive, or sentimental. Who knows? Your song might be the reminder someone needs today that they’re not alone.

The Department of Advocacy Program in partnership with the USLS Guidance and Evaluation Center successfully concluded the Mental Health Week Celebration with the culminating event, “Mind Over Matters: Animo Aid”, held last October 23, 2025, at the Museo De La Salle.

The event was filled with reflection and positivity as students came together to celebrate inner strength and resilience through a lecture and inspiring messages, and followed by a Paraliturgical Service at the USLS Chapel.

✨ The GEC Bridge Peer Facilitators also joined the celebration showing their support for mental wellness and the Lasallian spirit of compassion and community.

Together, we are reminded that with courage, connection, and care. Truly, Mind Over Matters. 💚
