MRL stands for Movement for Righteous Leadership -Antique Chapter which was officially conceptualized in 2010 by its founder Engr. Initially, it was organized in some municipalities and gradually expanded in all towns in the entire Province of Antique. MRL is a non-government organization (NGO) dedicated to the effort in transforming the Filipino public servant, private individuals and the local

government leadership to strictly and deliberately subscribe to the code of ethics and values that shall provide our nation, the Philippines, with righteous, incorruptible, and sincere leadership for good governance through the help and guidance of the word of God consistent to the exemplary life of our Lord Jesus Christ. Righteous Leadership is an ethical function that conforms to the standard of God, that empowers the creative sources of all people at all levels, which enables them to internalizes the vision and make them participate in broadening the vision in order to attain its desired goal.
