“In this training, scouts experience the thrill of the ‘slide for life,’ applying their knot-tying skills to create improvised harnesses. The activity challenges them to put theory into practice, testing both their craftsmanship and courage as they safely glide across using ropes they prepared themselves. It’s a hands-on adventure that builds confidence, teamwork, and resourcefulness.”

Thank you so.much GOOZAM for this once in a life time experience.

Outfit 187: Intramurals 2026’s Dedicated Responders

When cheers fill the grounds and athletes give their all, Outfit 187 stood ready as this year’s official medical team for Intramurals 2026. More than just event staff, they turned their classroom lessons into life-ready action—proving that science and care go hand in hand.

Throughout the games, they stayed alert at their station and roamed the sidelines, armed with first aid kits and sharp skills. From cleaning scrapes and stabilizing sprains to applying proper bandaging techniques and monitoring for exhaustion, every move showed their mastery of basic medical care. They calmly assessed injuries, explained care steps to athletes, and made quick, safe decisions that kept students in the game—or guided them to rest when needed.

What made their service special was how they used what they learned: correct bandaging to support joints without cutting circulation, proper wound care to prevent infection, and knowing when to apply ice or raise an injury. To players and coaches alike, Outfit 187 became more than medics—they were the reassuring presence that let everyone compete with confidence.

For them, Intramurals 2026 was more than duty—it was living out what they study: that knowledge, when paired with kindness, keeps communities moving forward.
