At our Drop-in Center, our dedicated child carers ensure that every baby and toddler receives regular one-on-one activities tailored to their individual needs. Through fun, brain-stimulating play and learning experiences, they help children overcome developmental delays and reach important milestones.
Watching the children grow, gain confidence, and make progress is incredibly rewarding and fills us with hope for their future.
We are deeply grateful to our wonderful child carers, whose hard work and loving care help give these children the best possible start in life.

🚨🔥 EARTHQUAKE AND FIRE DRILL 2026 🔥🚨

Safety and preparedness are essential in building a secure and resilient community.
Today, our organization, together with all our staff and clients, successfully conducted an Earthquake and Fire Drill to strengthen our emergency preparedness and response.
We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our Social Workers, who coordinated and led this important activity. Their commitment, leadership, and dedication in promoting the safety and well-being of everyone made this event a success.

Today was a bittersweet morning at Rapha.
As we make some necessary adjustments to our schedules and programs, we had to say goodbye to our Girls' and Boys' Club, holding our very last session today.
To make the day a little easier, we spent time together playing fun games, sharing a devotion, enjoying ice cream, and having a delicious lunch. These simple moments brought lots of smiles and gave us the chance to celebrate the wonderful memories we have made together over the past few years.
Still, there were lots of tears and many sad faces, but through it all, we are deeply thankful for every opportunity we had to invest in their lives and be part of their journey.
Their faces lit up when we shared the good news that this is not goodbye forever—there will be reunions and some of the kids will be integrated in other programs at Rapha. 😊

Our Prenatal Course is in Full Swing!
In partnership with Tulong Lasalyano and with the dedicated support of the midwives and interns from Shalom Birthing Home, we are blessed to provide high-quality care and support to pregnant women in the community.
Each class begins with a devotion reflecting on the lives of women in the Bible, followed by a healthy snack and an informative lecture on pregnancy, childbirth, and infant care. Every participant receives a prenatal check-up and essential vitamins to help ensure a healthy pregnancy.
Women enrolled in the Emranatics Program also receive free ultrasounds, necessary blood tests, and postnatal care for their babies, helping to provide comprehensive support for both mother and child.
We are deeply grateful to our sponsors, partners, volunteers, and healthcare professionals whose generosity and commitment make this program possible. Thank you for helping us care for mothers and babies and for investing in healthier families and stronger communities.

🌧️ Rainy Season Preparation Underway! 🌧️
As the rainy season begins, our reliable jack-of-all-trades team members, Jay-ar Guevarra and Edwin Era , are hard at work ensuring our center is prepared for heavy rainfall. From cleaning gutters to clearing drainage systems, they are helping keep our facilities safe and ready for the wet season.

Congratulations to Our Employees of the Month for April and May!

We are proud to recognize Ate Edna and Leslie for their outstanding dedication and service.

Ate Edna, our licensed midwife, is passionate about providing pre- and postnatal care to women and babies in the community. She also organizes tubal ligation programs in collaboration with Fabella Hospital.

Leslie is our highly energetic staff member in charge of the Drop-in Program for older children. Her joyful spirit helps the children feel at ease and at home during their time at our center. Through her warmth and enthusiasm, she creates a welcoming and supportive environment for every child she serves.

Last Friday, May 29, 2026, Team Rapha held its monthly staff fellowship. As part of our commitment to stress management and employee well-being, we regularly conduct staff fellowships, outings, debriefing sessions, and team-building activities.
This month, we enjoyed a sumptuous and delicious meal at the Kamayan restaurant, Tamerlanes, where everyone had a wonderful time.
The gathering was filled with laughter, fellowship, and meaningful moments together.
We also recognized our Employees of the Month for April and May, celebrated a staff member's birthday, and, of course, rejoiced in the successful renewal of our license.
It was truly a memorable occasion that highlighted our appreciation for our team and our shared achievements.
