𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣🫶🏻

Despite the continuous rain and challenging weather conditions, Nourish500 successfully conducted the 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐬, 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬: 𝐀 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡, 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 at Canumay National High School, made possible through the collective efforts of our partners, NACPAE through Project GROW, the JPIA OLFU-QC, and our generous sponsors and donors.

The program provided selected learners with a special feeding activity featuring nutritious meals, bananas, and suman, alongside hygiene kits containing soap, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. Students also participated in interactive discussions and demonstrations on proper handwashing, oral hygiene, healthy eating habits, and basic choking response, encouraging them to adopt simple yet essential practices for a healthier lifestyle.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Canumay National High School, our partners, sponsors, volunteers, and everyone who stood with us despite the unfavorable weather.

Yesterday, July 23, Nourish500 once again shared nutritious meals with the students of 𝘊𝘢𝘯𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘕𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘏𝘪𝘨𝘩 𝘚𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭—because every child deserves the chance to learn with a full stomach.

Happy hearts, full stomachs, and a brighter feeding room. ❤️

Our July 6 Nourish500 Feeding Program was once again filled with smiles as our students gathered to share a warm meal together. Their happy faces remind us that every meal served is more than nourishment—it is hope, care, and a reason to look forward to coming to school.

Our feeding room also received a heartfelt makeover. Through the students’ own initiative, the tables were neatly dressed with cloth and protective plastic covers, creating a cleaner, more welcoming, and more cheerful dining space. It is a simple yet meaningful improvement that reflects their pride in keeping the place where they gather for meals tidy and inviting.

As part of our continuous monitoring, we also conducted BMI (Body Mass Index) assessments for our beneficiaries. These regular measurements help us track their nutritional progress and ensure that our feeding program is making a positive impact on their health and well-being.

Thank you to everyone who continues to make this mission possible. Every meal shared, every improvement made, and every smile we see is a testament to what a caring community can accomplish together.
