When you have a large project involving tile work, metal frame walls, gypsum and hardiplex walls, and metal handrail fabrication, sometimes multiple phases in a day or week, you end up collecting a lot of tools in your "mobile inventory".
Occasionally, you need to clean it all out and reorganize it all.

Another week at Midpoint Baptist Fellowship. The large room that will be used for their special education program has been completed, along with most of the hallway. We also completed the tile work for one of the bathrooms.Next week we will be focused on the stairway, and entrance area of the second floor.

We are still at MBF. Last week we completed the framing and hung the doors for the last classroom. While Rey continued the framing for the office and bathrooms, I started hanging the gypsum board. The two smaller classrooms are completed, and one side of the long hallway.

A late post for last week, TSM continued the work at Midpoint Baptist Fellowship. We finished framing the second classroom, then framed two of the bathroom walls and hung some cement board on those walls so the plumbing and electrical work could continue. Then we switched back to some tile work and completed all the edging, where some of the electrical conduit was being run earlier. Friday afternoon we did some cleanup work and moved some materials so we would be ready to begin framing the large third classroom after the weekend.

Though most of the tile work at MBF has been completed, we still have the edges and the bathrooms to do. As there are other contractors still doing work in those areas, we shifted to framing walls. TSM has framed the first classroom, and has the second room at about 50%.

Work at Midpoint Baptist Fellowship continued last week, with maybe 60% of the tile work completed. We are hoping to finish the tile this week, then start framing out the dividing walls.

The Tool Shed Ministry was at Midpoint Baptist Fellowship last week. The work on their new second floor is mostly completed, so now we will do the tile flooring, build the dividing walls and fit out the new bathrooms. We had a couple of young men from the church helping us each day which was a huge blessing with transferring all the materials up the stairs. The link below is for a video Pastor Marc Buxton made sharing his vision for the second floor and some needs.

I missed posting last week, you get a 2 week post. We were able to finish our gate project, then were called to a fellow missionary's home to try to clear a blocked kitchen sink. While we did correct some poor plumbing rigged up by a "plumbing outfit", my small pipe snake would not clear the line. I had to admit defeat on this one. Fortunately Rotor Rooter was able to come fairly quickly and with their larger, power auger were able to finally clear the line, though we still don't know what it was.
We then returned to Sheila's where we finished the floor on the second phase of the rebuild, and completed the sheeting on the phase 1 walls and hung a bedroom door.
Next week TSM will be at Midpoint Baptist Fellowship to start the tile work and building walls on their newly completed 2nd floor.

Happy Easter! He is risen!

To catch up a bit, two weeks ago we were still working at Sheila's, putting plywood up for the ceiling and walls. This week, we were at a church mate's home to build a security gate. We built and hung the 3 panels, secured the area over the gate, and started closing in the gate panels. It was a short week due to the Holy Week activities. We will return Monday to finish up.
