That the federation is inspired to conduct concerted action in giving assistance to the public and to its members in times of calamities, disaster, accidents and other form of emergencies. To promote the common good and exists to secure for its members and material and moral for their individual and collectible development. Likewise, It seeks to assist other members of society to ensure safety and

protection for their well being. To develop and supplement technical advancement among its members and also to implement radio laws and regulations among its members. Generally, to do all such other thing and to the attainment of the above object or any of them respectively. This federation will assist unlicensed radio operator and stations either in amateur or commercial to become legitimate on their hobby. To establish a right legitimacy and proper direction to any radio operator whom they frowned from improper understanding on the application in terms of emergency on amateur radio. To conduct seminar and training's for the legitimacy as a radio operator. To gain camaraderie on unifying any Civic Groups and Amateur License station in the Philippines. To establish one chapter for every Municipality with their respective assign frequency allotted by the National Telecommunication Commission. That to construct and install an effective Repeater System for the Radio Civic & Amateur Assistance Federation, Inc.
