There comes a moment when a position stops being a title and becomes a promise. Today, that promise was spoken aloud. With the oath taken, the newly sworn officers of the Hospitality Management Society now carry more than an officeโthey carry a responsibility to the people, the organization, and the community they have chosen to serve. The ceremony may mark the beginning, but what comes after will define the meaning of the oath.
From this day forward, we do not simply hold positionsโwe give them purpose. We listen. We act. We serve. And when the moment calls for us to stand, we stand.
The oath has been taken.
Now, let the leadership speak through action.
