The Pinagminahan Youth Organization proudly invites you to a game of teamwork and sportsmanship, PYO Basketball Tournament – Midget Division. A platform where young athletes rise, build confidence, and showcase the heart of true competitors.

🏀 BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT – MIDGET DIVISION

Official Mechanics

1. Eligibility

• Open for all residents of Barangay San Luis especially Sitio Pinagminahan.
• Players must fall under the Midget Division age bracket
• ID or proof of age upon registration.
• Each team must submit a final line-up (10 max) before the tournament starts.
• Once submitted, the line-up is final and non-transferable.

2. Team Composition

Each team must have:

• Minimum of 8 players
• Maximum of 10 players
• Only registered players are allowed to play
• Each team must assign:

1. Team Captain
2. Coach / Team Representative

3. Uniform

• Teams must wear proper basketball uniforms with visible jersey numbers.
• In case of similar colors:
• The second-listed team must adjust or wear a vest.

4. Sportsmanship & Conduct

• Players, coaches, and supporters must observe respect and discipline at all times.
• Fighting, use of foul language, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in:

• Technical foul
• Ejection
•Possible disqualification from the tournament
• Decisions of the referees and organizers are final.

5. Protest

• All protests must be filed:

• Immediately after the game
• Accompanied by a formal written complaint
• PYO committee will review and decide before the next scheduled game.

6. Schedule & Attendance

• Teams must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled game.
• 15-minute grace period will be given.
* Failure to appear will result in default.

7. Awards

* 🏆 Champion
* 🥈 1st Runner-Up
* 🥉 2nd Runner-Up
* 🎖️ Most Valuable Player (MVP)
* 🎖️ Mythical Five

8. Other Provisions

• The organizers reserve the right to amend rules if necessary for the better flow of the tournament.
• All participants are expected to cooperate and uphold the spirit of fair play.

9. Registration Details & Fees
Registration Fee: ₱ 1500 per team.
Deadline of Registration: April 15, 2026.
Submission of Requirements:
• Filled-out Registration Form
• Final Line-up with signatures
• Photocopy of valid ID / proof of age
• Registration is only considered official upon full payment.

Inclusions:

Game facilitation (committee officials)
Use of venue during day time (additional 150 per hour payment for electricity if night time)
Certificates / awards / prizes
Basic first aid assistance

🏀 MOSQUITO DIVISION BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT 🏀
Presented by Pinagminahan Youth Organization

Calling all young ballers! 📣
Show your skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship on the court as we bring you the Mosquito Division Basketball Tournament in celebration of our FIESTA. Gather your team and be part of the action!

📍 Venue: Pinagminahan Covered Court
📅 Date: April 2026

MECHANICS:

1️⃣ Open for ages 17 and below.
2️⃣ Each team must have 8-10 players with 1 coach.
3️⃣ Players must be residents of Pinagminahan or Lasalle Town and Country Heights.
4️⃣ Teams must submit their official line-up and registration form before the deadline.
5️⃣ Games will follow standard basketball rules with modifications for the Mosquito Division.
6️⃣ Proper sportsmanship is expected from players, coaches, and supporters at all times.
7️⃣ The organizing committee’s decision is final in case of disputes.
