As School Year 2024-2025 opens, the Department of Education reiterated that the membership fees for the Boy Scouts of the Philippines are exempted from the β€œNo Collection Policy”.

Through the issuance of DepEd Memorandum No. 041, s. 2024, the DepEd reiterated the exemption from the'No Collection Policy' consistent with the provisions of Republic Act No. 4206. This paves the way for the continuous membership of learners to the BSP as a recognized co-curricular activity by the DepEd.
