A major highlight of the event was the Ceremonial Awarding of the Bulalayaw: Community Livelihood Support to the LGBT Sector. This incredible initiative provides vital economic empowerment and sustainable opportunities for our community members. 💼✨
We extend our deepest gratitude to the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) and the Provincial Government of Cagayan for initiating this activity and the recognition.
