Today marks the first day we officially wear our new PGA Uniform!

Originally conceptualized by Mr. Dave Nocido and further refined by Ms. Jean Alta of Kutur ni Jean, this uniform is the product of the APEO’s Uniform Design Making Contest held last year. The contest was organized in line with the directives of Governor Noel E. Rosal, ensuring the development of a fresh and meaningful design for the new PGA attire.

The final design reflects the true Albayano spirit—from the thoughtful patterns to the carefully selected fabrics that showcase our identity, culture, and pride as provincial servants.
