𝗕𝗨 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗼 𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗚𝗔𝗗𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱. 🌋❤️‍🔥

Last March 27, 2026, Officers of BU Tabaco SAGE, Megan E. Jimenez, Zyra Izabelah Aycocho, and Leona Marie Hernandez attended the MaGADyon Awards 2025 held at La Piazza Hotel, Legazpi City, Albay. The event celebrated individuals and organizations who continuously promote Gender and Development (GAD) initiatives and advocacies. ⭐

We are proud to share that BU Tabaco SAGE was recognized and awarded a Certificate of Commendation for its commitment to supporting gender-responsive programs and activities. 💜

We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Sarah Jane B. Labarda, GAD Coordinator, for being recognized for her valuable contribution in research, and to Prof. Albert B. Balace, former GAD Coordinator, for his dedication and service in advancing GAD initiatives.

This recognition inspires us to continue advocating for gender equality, empowerment, and inclusive development in our community. ❤️‍🔥

Pantay, inklusibo, at lahat may kakayahan!

Nakikiisa ang Philippine Commission on Women sa pagdiriwang ng ika-22 Women with Disabilities Day bilang pagkilala sa mahalagang papel ng kababaihang may kapansanan sa paghubog ng isang makatarungan at inklusibong lipunan. Paalala ito na ang tunay na pagkakapantay-pantay ay nakabatay sa paggalang sa dignidad ng bawat isa at sa pagbibigay ng pantay na oportunidad na makilahok at mamuno.

Sama-sama nating tahakin ang landas tungo sa isang lipunang walang naiiwan, kung saan ang kakayahan ng bawat isa ay kinikilala at pinahahalagahan.

‎Last March 6, 2026, BU Tabaco SAGE, together with the BU Tabaco Sports Club and BU Tabaco Human Welfare Advocates Club, successfully celebrated National Women’s Month at Lagman Gym, BU Tabaco. The event we're participated by more than 500 students in a meaningful and energetic celebration honoring the strength, resilience, and contributions of women. The activity was initiated by Ms. Sarah Jane B. Labarda, BU Tabaco GAD Coordinator, whose guidance, support and leadership helped make the event possible. 💜
‎
‎The program featured a short parade, yell presentations, poster presentations, and lively dance exercise performances, showcasing the creativity, unity, and enthusiasm of our students. We are beyond thankful specially to the support of the Teaching and Non-teaching personnel of BU Tabaco and proudly applaud every PATHFIT 4 student for their incredible effort, dedication, and participation that made the celebration vibrant and memorable. 🫂
