For its second year, the Bicol University Architecture Studentsโ Association (BUASA) and BUASA Arts Club, in partnership with Ayala Malls Legazpi, and with special participation of BUIDeA- Student Alliance for Gender Equality (SAGE), proudly presents "๐๐ซ๐ค๐ข๐ฏ๐: ๐๐ง ๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ก๐ข๐๐ข๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ค๐ข ๐๐๐รฑ๐จ๐ฌ" at Ayala Malls Legazpi on March 1-31, 2025.
With the theme "๐๐ฆ๐ต๐ข๐ญ๐ด ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ฏ๐ด๐ฑ๐ช๐ณ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ: ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐บ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ณ๐ต๐ช๐ด๐ต๐ช๐ค ๐๐ช๐ด๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐๐ต๐ณ๐ถ๐ค๐ต๐ถ๐ณ๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ณ๐ช๐ญ๐ญ๐ช๐ข๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ," this exhibit will showcase the diverse and exceptional artistic talents of BUIDeA students, celebrating their creativity in both the arts and architecture.
This month-long event provides an immersive space for personal growth, creative expression, and networking with fellow artists, industry leaders, and the local community. This collaborative initiative not only highlights the immense talent of BUIDeA students but also fosters a strong sense of community, collaboration, and professional development, empowering them to push boundaries and build the foundation for their future careers.

๐๐๐ก๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ฆ:
1. This exhibit features an open theme and is an exclusive event for BUASA members for the A.Y. 2024-2025. Non-BUASA members will be required to pay a registration fee of 100 pesos to join.
2. ๐๐ช๐๐ข๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐ค๐ ๐ผ๐ง๐ฉ๐ฌ๐ค๐ง๐ ๐จ/๐ฟ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฃ๐จ: Artists must compile their best visual artworks or architectural designs (of any type) into a Google Drive folder and submit the link for approval.
3. ๐พ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ค๐ง๐๐๐จ: All forms of visual art and architectural designs are welcome for submission, including but not limited to paintings, architectural plates, miniatures, sculptures, woodcarvings, and other creative works.
4. ๐ผ๐ง๐ฉ๐ฌ๐ค๐ง๐ /๐ฟ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐ฃ๐๐ค๐ง๐ข๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ: Along with the submission link, artists must provide a document containing the following details for each submission:
(1) Artist's name, year, and block
(2) Artwork/Design title, medium, size, and price (if for sale)
(3) A brief description (2-3 sentences) of the artwork/design
5. ๐๐ช๐ข๐๐๐ง ๐ค๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐๐จ: Each artist/student may submit a maximum of 2-4 artworks/designs. Artists will be notified regarding which pieces are eligible for exhibition.
6. ๐๐๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐ข๐๐ฉ๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐จ: Artworks and designs must not exceed 2x3 feet in size. If an artwork/design exceeds this size, the artist will be required to provide their own easel for display.
7. ๐๐ง๐๐จ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ช๐๐ง๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐จ:
๐ธArtworks: All framed artworks (except those on canvas) must be framed in BLACK only and ready for hanging.
๐ธArchitectural Designs: Designs must be presented on a concise, well-laid-out poster, printed on paper no smaller than A3 size or on Sintra board. Due to limited easels, the number of designs printed on Sintra board will be restricted.
๐ธAll submissions must be ready to hang or display upon submission.
8. ๐๐ง๐๐ฃ๐จ๐ฅ๐ค๐ง๐ฉ๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ: Students are responsible for delivering their artworks/designs to the event venue and picking them up after the event.
9. ๐๐๐ก๐๐จ ๐พ๐ค๐ข๐ข๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ค๐ฃ: For every artwork/design sold, 10% of the sale price will proceed to the Bicol University Architecture Students' Association (BUASA).
10. ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ฃ๐: If an artwork is sold, the artist is responsible for shipping it, with assistance from BUASA.
11. ๐๐ก๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐ค๐ ๐ผ๐ง๐ฉ๐ฌ๐ค๐ง๐ ๐จ/๐ฟ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฃ๐จ: Space is limited. The Arkive Working Committee will determine the placement of designs and artworks and reserves the right to adjust placements for aesthetic purposes.
12. ๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฎ: BUASA will take all necessary precautions when handling the artworks/designs but will not be held liable for any damage or losses incurred during the event that were not caused by the organizers and working committee.
13. ๐ผ๐ง๐ฉ๐ฌ๐ค๐ง๐ /๐ฟ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐ก๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฎ: BUASA has the right to reject artworks or designs that are not suitable for certain audiences.
