Kamusta kayo? 🌧️ Given the continuous rain and the storm that is affecting many areas, we hope everyone is staying dry, safe, and taking care of themselves and their loved ones. Despite everything that is going on around us, never forget to be kind to yourself.🫂

For many students, some of the biggest dreams are placed into a single day, a few hours, and a handful of questions. When the exam ends, it’s easy to replay every mistake and wonder if everything we worked for was enough. The waiting can feel just as heavy as the test itself. ✊🏻

‎The Peer Helpers Club (PHC) champions a culture where compassion becomes action. By promoting mental health awareness, encouraging meaningful conversations, and strengthening peer support, PHC helps create an environment where students feel safe, respected, and never alone. "May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears." — Nelson Mandela 🌼

As we walk through life, we are faced with countless choices that shape our journey. Many of us experience circumstances and uncertainties that give rise to fear. Over time, these fears can become our constant companion, limiting our potential and holding us back from becoming the person we want to be.

But when hope still shines before us, why should fear cast the deciding shadow?

Life may bring fear and uncertainty, making us doubt ourselves and preventing us from pursuing the future we envision. It is normal to feel scared and confused. Yet let us always remember that every new day brings new hope as we choose the path that reflects our vision and purpose, leading us toward the future we are meant to build. Let hope be the light that guides every decision, even in the face of uncertainty. 🌅

"In a world where you can be anything, be respectful and kind" 💜

Nowadays, people are often harshly criticized for their looks, their personalities, and their status in life. We live in a society where discrimination is based on race, gender, religion, and disability. Too often, people are targeted simply for being different and facing judgment for things they can't normally do.

But the truth is, those characteristics are exactly what makes people who they are. Embracing these differences is a journey of self-love and many have already accepted their own identity.

We must understand that bullying is never "just a joke" but it leaves scars that could last a lifetime. Today, let's make a choice to look out for one another and create a community where everyone feels safe to be themselves.
