The Academic Scholars Alliance of Adamson University (ASA-AdU) wishes to clarify that 𝗠𝘀. 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗬𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗯𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗦𝗔-𝗔𝗗𝗨, 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀.
Following the organization’s 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟑𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, and her subsequent removal from the Executive Officers, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗦𝗔-𝗔𝗱𝗨. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗿, including the directive that she may no longer represent herself as an officer, representative, or authorized affiliate of the organization, nor use ASA-ADU positions and affiliations as credentials for any personal, organizational, or electoral purpose.
The decision was based on documented violations under 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝟕 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗦𝗔-𝗔𝗱𝗨 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘆-𝗟𝗮𝘄𝘀. Included here are the 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 absence 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 activity, negligence in performance 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. These serves as the ground for termination from the organization as these did not align with the standards, accountability, commitment, and service expected from an ASA-ADU officer.
ASA-AdU has noted that Ms. Laude is currently seeking a position within the Junior Philippine Pharmacists Association - Rho Chapter of Adamson University and has included ASA-ADU affiliations among her credentials. ASA-ADU wishes to clarify that such affiliations are no longer recognized by the organization and should not be considered current, valid, or endorsed by ASA-ADU.
ASA-ADU remains committed to accountability, transparency, and the accurate representation of organizational membership and leadership. We respectfully request that all parties refer to the organization’s official records regarding an individual’s standing within the organization.
