JCI Abuyog proudly celebrates the success of its first-ever Pickleball Fun Tournament, D**K RESPONSIBLY! โจ๐
Successfully conducted last May 16, 2026 at the Abuyog Mini Gym, the event brought together players, supporters, partners, community members, and JCI Abuyog members themselves for a day filled with energy, camaraderie, sportsmanship, and meaningful service. More than just a tournament, it became a platform where fun and purpose came together to support children from far-flung communities through the BAG-o nga Paglaum Year 2 initiative. ๐ซถ
Aligned with the Hearty, Healthy JCI Philippines national program, this activity also highlighted the importance of wellness among young leaders โ promoting physical activity, healthy lifestyles, and meaningful fellowship. JCI Abuyog believes that healthy members lead healthy communities, and by investing in the wellness of our members, we become more effective, productive, and impactful in creating positive change through service. ๐ช๐
On the same day, JCI Abuyog also successfully conducted a Responsible Alcohol Intake Campaign Seminar, promoting awareness on responsible drinking, healthy choices, and overall community wellness. ๐ปโจ
We extend our sincerest gratitude to everyone who participated, sponsored, volunteered, and supported this milestone event. Special thanks as well to Mayor Lemuel Gin K. Traya for his invaluable support, and to Abuyog PickleBees headed by Sheela Anne Traya for their partnership and contribution to the success of this meaningful activity. ๐๐
And most especially, thank you to the dedicated members of JCI Abuyog whose teamwork, commitment, active participation, and passion made this project possible and successful. Your efforts both on and off the court truly brought this event to life. ๐
