1. Each Club President or Secretary must log in to their respective toastmasters account.

🌟 Welcoming Frank Manue Junior to the Pasifika Division Leadership Team 🌟
We are pleased to introduce Frank Manue Junior, our incoming Area Leadership Support Officer for the Pasifika Division, District 69 Toastmasters, for the 2026–2027 term.
Frank joined Toastmasters in November 2023 and has quickly become an active and dedicated member of the NCD Toastmasters Club. He has contributed through roles such as Sergeant-at-Arms, Division Parliamentarian, and as a speech contest judge across multiple Areas, demonstrating his strong commitment to service and leadership.
With a passion for empowering others, Frank is focused on helping members build confidence and step into leadership roles. Backed by his professional experience in information technology, telecommunications, and cybersecurity, he brings a structured, disciplined, and solutions-driven approach to supporting clubs and strengthening the Division.

Please join us in warmly welcoming Bonaventura as the incoming Area 38 Director in the Pasifika Division!
Bonaventura joined Toastmasters on 1 April 2023 with the Komuniti Toastmasters Club, driven by a passion to grow and excel in communication. Since then, the journey has been marked by strong leadership and commitment serving as Sergeant-at-Arms (2023/2024) and later as Club President (2024/2025).
A standout moment in Bonaventura’s Toastmasters journey was completing the Level 4 project, “Write a Compelling Blog.” This challenging experience reinforced a powerful lesson: never let the fear of the unknown stop you from learning and growing.
As Area 38 Director, Bonaventura is dedicated to supporting Komuniti Toastmasters Club and all clubs in Area 38 to achieve President’s Distinguished status.

Investing in Leaders to Strengthen Our Pasifika Division Toastmasters 🌏🎤
Great leaders aren’t just appointed they are equipped.
This weekend, our Pasifika Division Team, including our incoming Division Director and Area Directors, are travelling to Brisbane to attend the District Leaders Training (DLT) hosted by District 69 Toastmasters, the district we are proud to be part of.
Over two days, they will focus on one critical principle:
👉 To serve effectively, our leaders must be given the right tools, resources, and support.
This training is more than just learning processes it’s about building capability, confidence, and connection. It ensures our leaders are well-prepared to support clubs, empower members, and create meaningful impact across our Pasifika Division.
A heartfelt thank you to the clubs that supported our Division Leaders in making this opportunity possible. Your commitment to leadership development does not go unnoticed.

In August 2023, Rachel KOBAL began a journey with Toastmasters inspired by a simple yet powerful desire to grow, to step beyond comfort, and to become the best version of herself. What started as a personal goal soon evolved into a meaningful leadership journey within the PNG Unitech Staff Toastmasters Club.
Through dedication and passion, Rachel embraced leadership opportunities, serving as Vice President Membership (2024/2025) and now proudly leading as Club President (2025/2026). Along the way, one of the most rewarding experiences has been witnessing the resilience and transformation of the club rising from Not in Good Standing in 2024 to achieving Good Standing in 2025, and being recognized as the Most Improved Club in the Pasifika Division.
For Rachel, this journey is about more than titles or achievements it’s about people, growth, and the courage to keep moving forward. As Rachel continues progressing through the Strategic Relationships Pathway, the focus remains on uplifting others across Area 44, creating opportunities for growth, and inspiring each member to believe in their potential.
Because true leadership is not just about leading it’s about growing together.
