We are on a mission to develop and empower young people from rural communities in tertiary institutions to be the best they can be as future leaders of our country.

And it is always wonderful when CareerTrackers PNG Inc. can collaborate with likeminded organisations such as Inspire Leaders that share the same purpose and passion!

Here's a brief about the Man behind Inspire Leaders 📕 ..............

Edward Isouve is a motivational speaker and entrepreneur in the space of student empowerment, leadership training, coaching, and mentoring. He has conducted numerous seminars and workshops for schools, personal, professional, corporate clients and civil society.

Edward is the author of his first book titled, “The Incredible Human Mind” which he started writing as a student at UniTech.

Edward is a Mechanical Engineer by profession with more than 10 years experience in the mining, oil and gas industry. He turned his passion from building infrastructural projects to building the human resource in the establishment of "Inspire Leaders" - an organization aimed at producing visionary and principle centred leaders in Papua New Guinea and the world.

Collaborative Partnerships by Papua New Guineans for Papua New Guineans is the way forward to reach common goals of Skilled Human Capital and Youth and Women Empowerment in PNG.

CPB Contractors’ staff at our ANGAU Hospital Redevelopment site in Lae, PNG, recently hosted a training day for the CareerTrackers Indigenous internship program. The CareerTrackers program creates pathways and support systems for Indigenous young adults to graduate from university with industry experience.
The ‘Program Day’ event gave students the opportunity to build their CareerTrackers community with interns living and working in the same city. The event covered topics such as work readiness, professional business writing, CareerTrackers’ internship processes and typical internship scenarios.
CPB Contractors in PNG currently employs three CareerTrackers engineering interns. Read more about the day here.

As you gear up for your exams, We would like to share three study tips to help you maximise your preparation time and boost your chances of achieving your desired results.

The exam week can be challenging, but implementing these study tips will prepare you for a productive and successful preparation period.

Good news - CareerTrackers PNG now has a page that will allow our PNG team to share updates on student success stories, alumni success stories, events, partnerships and opportunities to collaborate!

2023 will be CT PNG's first year as a fully independent organisation and program and we hope that the entire PNG community can get behind this critical work of building and maximising PNG's human capital through professional development training programs and internships for those least connected, but most deserving!
